About HeirloomMath
Every life has stories worth keeping.
The street where you grew up. A person who changed your life. A meal everyone remembers. Start with one of those moments.
HeirloomMath brings writing, photographs, and family records together in a practical companion for making a family memoir. You can write about your own life, sit alongside a parent or grandparent, or gather the memories your family has already shared.
A little structure, in your own words
The memoir workbench offers places for childhood, love and journeys, working life, family, and the things you want to pass on. Add a few sentences, a photograph, or a longer story. You choose what belongs and which memories you are ready to share.
Your writing and pictures stay in the browser while you work. You can choose to save a draft on this device, download a copy, or print your memoir. There is no account to create, and the editor does not send your stories to an AI service. Read how local drafts work before relying on a saved copy.
Help with the pictures and the details
A story often begins with something you can hold. Our two companion tools help you look after that material:
- Photo & film planner — plan scans and backups, inspect a faded picture, and prepare the photographs you want to keep.
- Family records helper — explore dates, names, and family connections, with calculations and explanations you can check.
These calculations run on your device. Separate, optional AI features can create a restored photo copy or a draft handwriting transcription through Alibaba Cloud Qwen in Beijing, China. They require you to choose an image, give consent, and submit an AI request. They are not part of saving or exporting a memoir. Review every AI result against the original; see the upload details.
Make room for uncertainty
A remembered date and a date written on a document can disagree. Keep the source, note who remembers the story, and say when a detail is uncertain. Our guides explain their calculations and cite reference material. “Field test pending” marks practical tests whose evidence is not yet available.
The scenes around the site are AI-created illustrations of fictional people and settings. They are not customer memoirs, historical evidence, or examples of verified restoration results. Our editorial policy explains how we distinguish illustrations, calculations, references, and tested findings.
